Chad P. Frye has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Chad joined CMR in 2016 as Vice President of Strategy and Head of Growth, where he led transformative strategic initiatives that fueled rapid expansion and positioned the company as a premier partner in the call center industry.
In his new role, Chad will oversee overall operations, drive innovation, and guide the organization into its next phase of growth. Reflecting on his promotion, Chad said, “I am truly honored to help shape the future of a company that’s already achieved so much. Our investments in people and technology will continue to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
C. Malcolm Riggle, CEO of Call Management Resources, remarked, “Chad’s sharp strategic instincts and dynamic leadership have been transformative for our business. I am confident our best days are ahead under his guidance.”
Scott Harbin has been elevated to Chief Financial Officer after 25 years of dedicated service. Previously serving as Managing Vice President and Head of IT, Scott has been instrumental in advancing CMR’s technological capabilities and financial strategies.
As CFO, Scott will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, planning, and analysis. He brings a unique blend of expertise in finance and technology that will support CMR’s continued growth.
“Scott’s deep understanding of our business and vision for the future make him the ideal choice for CFO,” said C. Malcolm Riggle. “His leadership will ensure we remain financially sound and innovative.”
Scott shared, “It’s an honor to step into this role at such a dynamic time for CMR. I look forward to working closely with our team to continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.”
Phil Corrigan has been promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. With 25 years as Vice President of People Operations, Phil has been pivotal in shaping CMR’s culture, human resources strategies, and enterprise-wide operations.
In his new role, Phil will oversee administrative functions, including HR, vendor management, compliance, and organizational development. His leadership will drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
