At Call Management Resources, we are proud that we have been recognized again by Inc Magazine for their 2021 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.
Not only have the companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but this year’s list also proved especially resilient and flexible given 2020’s unprecedented challenges. Call Management Resources’ experience of weathering many tough business climates enabled us to rise to the challenge and grow through 2020 into 2021.
“My advice for surviving a pandemic continues to be very simple: push for innovation, have a backup plan for your business operations, trust your people, know your banker, and finally, be prepared. If you didn’t know how to make lemonade out of lemons, now is the time to learn,” said Malcolm Riggle, President & CEO of Call Management Resources.
“Being an entrepreneur comes with a lot of benefits, but it also comes with a lot of challenges. I have had many rewarding times watching my business grow, and many others staring at the ceiling fan into the long hours of the night worrying about a business issue. One thing is universal; in 2020 we reaffirmed that entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart.”
Technology is key to continued growth in market share within the call center industry. “My father’s love of technology and innovation were woven into the fabric of our business and into my personal values. With that kind of focus naturally, our market share grew,” said Riggle.
2020 was time for Call Management Resources to focus on innovation and be ready when business returned to post-pandemic levels. The company is in the process of launching a new webchat product, a new mobile app, and just released new e-commerce features on our website to allow customers to set up their entire account online.
“In our weekly meetings, we are constantly asking how we can do more. Do more with technology. Do more with our great staff. Do more for our clients. And do more for the callers.” said Chad Frye, Vice President of Strategic Development.
